Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyor job with hybrid working, covering residential sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This role will involve delivering detailed condition surveys to support long-term housing improvement and retrofit programmes. Offering a salary of 40,000 - 45,000 + mileage + optional 4,500 car allowance.

• Carry out detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties
• Record building components, defects, and life-cycle data accurately
• Prepare clear and concise reports following site visits
• Manage your own diary and ensure efficient route planning
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact on site

• Previous experience working on residential stock condition surveys
• A construction-related qualification and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation and time management
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• 40,000 - 45,000 salary
